Return Policy
At inhalo, we value our customers the most and strive to ensure that you feel confident and secure when shopping with us. Therefore, we offer a transparent and fair return policy for all eligible purchases made through our online store.
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the product. This means you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and you do not need to provide a reason. To be eligible for a return, the notification must be sent within this time frame. After informing us, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@inhalo.lt and include the following information: your full name, order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, the date of delivery, and (optionally) your reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to safely return the item(s).
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, with the hygienic seal (i.e., the sealed pouch packaging) fully intact and undamaged. The item should show no visible signs of use or wear. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue only partial refunds if the product is returned in a condition that prevents resale, or if the seal has been broken, damaged, or tampered with in any way.
Return Shipping Fee
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly advise using a tracked delivery method to ensure the item reaches us safely, as we cannot issue refunds for goods we do not receive. We do not cover the return shipping costs under any circumstances.
Return Period
Once we receive the returned product in its original condition and packaging, we will initiate your refund. The refund will include the full price paid for the product as well as the original standard shipping cost (if applicable). The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to be completed. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
